The scientific power of meditation
What do you think of the video? Do you meditate? Why? Do you feel it
works? Why?
- I think that the way he explains meditation is
good, he explains it from a scientific field that allows people who are more
skeptical or who do not believe in spirituality to consider doing it, or at
least give it a try
- I do not meditate, I think that if I do not do it well, it
will be irrelevant that I do it, I will not achieve a real change and I will
end up leaving it, but I do think it works, i know because I know people,
friends and acquaintances who meditate, and mention that it is very useful, in
addition to noticing positive changes in them, such as getting away from
excesses, getting more sleep and feeling better.
How are you feeling these days? Why?
- I feel quite overwhelmed, my life has become a routine,
and that depresses me, in addition to the problems that happen such as power
outages, internet outages or that we only have a computer in the home, online
classes complicate me, due to that there are things that I cannot control or
avoid.
How do I feel when the English class starts?
-Fine, within everything, he has been quite
flexible since most of the jobs he has sent, which allows him to organize
better and avoid the fears they give me with other subjects that do the
evaluations with limiting schedules within the hours of lessons.
